Scholarship Program
The Letterman Legacy Foundation provides charitable assistance to eligible Rowland High School student-athletes who have earned varsity letters and demonstrate financial need.
Who Can Apply
Recipients are selected based on one or more of the following criteria. You do not need to meet every criterion to be considered.
Athletic Achievement
Must have earned a varsity letter at Rowland High School
Academic Requirement
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0
Financial Need
Financial need is one factor considered in the selection process. This information is handled confidentially through Rowland High School administration.
Character & Sportsmanship
Exemplary conduct on and off the field

Selection Process
Our selection process is designed to be thorough and fair, combining the Foundation's board review with Rowland High School administration.
Board Review
The Foundation Board reviews all eligible applications and selects three finalists.
Panel Interview
Finalists participate in a panel interview with Rowland High School administration.
Award Selection
Following the interview process, the award recipient is selected and the recipient’s parent or guardian is notified.
